One of our major goals is to ensure everyone who trains with us acquires effective self-defense skills. Students in our Private Lesson and Group Lesson programs constantly drill and practice practical and effective self-defense strategies.

We also provide excellent self-defense training via seminars and special training sessions. These cost-effective seminars allow attendees to acquire practical and effective self-defense methodologies in a few hours. While you will not become a world-class martial artist in these seminars, you will discover a wealth of useful and insightful skills that can be most effective in a self-defense situation.

Please wear gym attire and bring bottled water.
